The Fleur Du Jardin Hotel has a well-known restaurant that has won many awards including the Best Dining Pub in the Channel Islands. The food here is described as Gastro pub food and uses fresh, local ingredients to create tasty dishes. Open for lunch and dinner, guests can select from an a la carte or the bar menu.
The hotel has a large heated outdoor swimming pool, open seasonally from May to August.
The Fleur du Jardin in Castel is in the ideal location of being 1km away from the stunning Vazon Bay, where you'll find golden sands and water sports galore. It is close to the King's Mills viewpoint where you can enjoy stunning landscape views of the entire island. St Savior reservoir and nature reserve is also not too far away to explore, as well as being less than a 10-minute drive into the capital.
