Our ferries from Portsmouth Port connect the UK with Jersey and Guernsey. Ferry crossings to Guernsey sail 5 times a week and take around 12 hours 55 minutes onboard Commodore Clipper. Ferry crossings to Jersey sail 6 times a week during peak season on Commodore Clipper and take a duration of 10 hours and 20 minutes.
When you arrive at the port please follow signs to check-in. For motorists, we advise arriving 90-120 minutes before departure and check-in will close 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.
For foot passengers, we advise arriving 70 minutes before departure and check-in will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.

If you require assistance getting through the Port please advise the ferry company when booking or a member of staff when checking in. There are toilet facilities for people with disabilities throughout the Port. A special minibus service is available to help wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility and their companions board the ship. Assistance is also available for those travelling by car, enabling parking on the car decks close to the lifts. The Port car park has designated spaces for people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility and there are additional bays adjacent to the main terminal building. Please request these at the time of booking. An accessible toilet with ceiling tracking hoist, height adjustable adult-sized changing bench and peninsular toilet is located on the ground floor of the terminal building. It is accessible by radar key.

Left luggage - £4 per item, open 0600-2330 at the Security desk in the terminal building. There is no overnight facility. Electronic equipment can be stored and a security tag will be placed on the item(s) prior to passengers leaving them. This facility is available to passengers travelling in/out of the port only
