Transporting your pets on our Domestic Routes, which is between UK and Channel Islands in your car, has no charge. There is an additional charge for transporting your pet, if you are travelling on Foot. You must book all Pets in advance online or through our Contact Centre. Transporting pets on our international Routes, which is between France and the Channel Islands, must comply with the PET Travel Scheme and carries additional charge. Transportation of pets while travelling on foot on our international route is not permitted.

Condor Islander can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets per cabin, where 1 animal will fit very comfortably. If passengers wish to travel with 2 dogs, they are advised that if both are large, the available cabin floor space is limited.
Commodore Clipper has also got pet cabins available.
If any uncertainty or questions travellers are advised to liaise with the Contact Centre or Port Office
Wearing of a muzzle
Pets must be muzzled when going from the car deck to cabin and cabin to the outside deck. Pets are not permitted in the passenger lounges, lobbies and restaurants’ and must remain in pet friendly cabins unless on the outside deck for toileting or exercise.
Customers are reminded that the dog must wear a muzzle when outside a vehicle, cabin or kennel. Customers are asked to show the muzzle at check-in. If customers don’t have one, pet will need to remain in vehicle or Pet cage.
Pet requirements to bring
Passengers need to bring the below with them for their pet/s.
At check-in
On arrival, passengers staying in pet friendly cabins will be met by a cabin steward where they will be given their cabin key card and directions to their cabin.
During the sailing
All pets staying in pet cabins, must remain in their cabin unless using the pet exercise area (wearing a muzzle) on the outside deck.
