Welcome to Guernsey! Whether you're travelling by car or on foot, we want to make your journey smooth and stress-free.

For motorists:

  • Follow the signs to check-in upon arrival at the port, arrive 90–120 minutes before departureCheck-in closes 60 minutes before departure, so please allow plenty of time.

For foot passengers:

  • Arrive at least 70 minutes before departureCheck-in closes 40 minutes before departure.

Make sure to have your valid photo ID or passport ready for our check-in team.

The Condor Ferries Guernsey terminal is conveniently located in St. Peter Port and offers a range of facilities. Our routes connect Guernsey to Jersey, St. Malo, Poole, and Portsmouth.

Currency

Guernsey uses Pound Sterling (£), but the island also issues its own notes and coins. While UK currency is accepted here, Guernsey notes cannot be used as legal tender in the UK.

Need a quick pick-me-up? The café in the terminal serves a selection of drinks and snacks for you to enjoy before departure. Coming soon in 2025, departing passengers will soon be able to shop duty-free at the harbour terminal and vehicle check-in paddock!

There’s no ATM inside the terminal, but you’ll find one just a 5-minute walk away in the town centre.

Short & Long Stay Car Park

Within walking distance of the terminal, both short and long stay parking options are available. A Guernsey Parking clock is required and available to be purchased onboard our ships. The long stay car park is for 10 hours only.

Follow signs for the ferry port from St. Julian’s Avenue and continue straight over the roundabout.

Travelling on Foot
Before you travel, we will have emailed you an e-boarding pass. Please print this off and bring it with you on the day. Or, if you plan to show it on a mobile phone or tablet, please have this ready for our port team when you arrive at the terminal, with the brightness turned up.

Travelling by Car
Please print off the e-boarding pass we will have sent you, and bring it with you on the day, placing the itinerary page (pink copy) on your dashboard. If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet to show your boarding pass, please have this ready for our Port staff when you arrive at check-in, with the brightness turned up.
