Gorey is a coastal town on the east of the island only a stone’s throw away from Mont Orgueil. There are many restaurants in Gorey that showcase the best of what the restaurants in Jersey have to offer and here are a selection of our favourites.
This Michelin Star restaurant describes itself as a ‘foodhouse’, so as well as dining on the delicious freshly-made food, you can buy pots of special homemade delicacies such as chili jams and garlic oils on your way out, all made on the premises by the head chef. The restaurant has the unique feature of having a kitchen window in the middle of the dining area, so you’ll be able to see your food being freshly prepared whether that’s fresh Jersey seabream or a creamy samphire risotto.
