Join our Frequent Traveller Club to receive the following benefits:
- 15% discount on direct bookings across all routes, excluding day trips
- 15% discount on pre-booked seating and accommodation upgrades, not valid for onboard upgrades
How to join
Joining is easy. Either call us on 0345 609 1026 and ask to join, or visit your nearest port.
Membership Fees

How to renew
It's important to renew your membership before it expires. You can renew by calling our Contact Centre on 0345 609 1024 or by visiting your nearest port. Please note that if your membership expires and you wish to re-join the Frequent Traveller Club, you will be a charged the joining administration fee of £15 on top of your annual membership.
How to make a booking
To make a booking simply enter your journey preferences into the booking panel and follow the instructions. On joining, you would have supplied us with an e-mail address and we would have emailed you a temporary password which you can amend within the Manage My Account section online. If you have any difficulties please take a look at our FAQ's section.
When do I see my discount?
The discount you are entitled to will be displayed once you have logged into your account within the 'Your Details' section of the booking. This amount will then be deducted during your booking.
